Your WorkStyle Assessment
Assessment Terms of Use
DRAFT — pending review by Full Focus counsel. Bracketed items are awaiting client confirmation. Not yet legally binding language.
1. Who provides this assessment
Your WorkStyle Assessment (the “Assessment”) is provided by Full Focus [legal entity name + registered address — TBD, client/counsel]. These terms govern your use of the Assessment, your results page, and your downloadable report.
2. What the Assessment is — and is not
The Assessment identifies your default WorkStyle: a pattern in how you approach work. It is an educational and self-reflection tool.
It is not a medical, psychological, or clinical instrument; it does not diagnose any condition; and it is not professional, financial, legal, or health advice. Some questions ask about your current life circumstances so your results and follow-up can be personalised — your answers are handled as described in the Privacy Policy, and nothing in your results constitutes advice about those circumstances.
If you are dealing with a health concern, seek advice from a qualified professional.
3. Your results
Results describe tendencies, not fixed identities, and depend on the answers you give. Full Focus makes no guarantee about outcomes from applying anything in your results or report.
4. Acceptable use
Take the Assessment for yourself, once or more, honestly. Do not attempt to probe, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the Assessment, its scoring, or its infrastructure; do not take it on behalf of another real person without their knowledge.
5. Intellectual property
The Assessment — its questions, WorkStyle names and descriptions, reports, and all copy — is the intellectual property of Full Focus and its licensors. Your personal report is for your individual use; sharing your own results page or PDF privately is fine, republishing the Assessment content commercially is not.
6. Emails
When you opt in, you receive your results email and a short follow-up series. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link; transactional messages about your own data requests are sent as needed.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Full Focus provides the Assessment “as is” and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. [Counsel to review/replace with the house limitation-of-liability clause — TBD.]
8. Changes and versions
These terms are versioned. The version you accepted is recorded with your consent and never silently rewritten — changes arrive as a new version with a new effective date. This page is version v0.1.0-draft.
9. Governing law & contact
Governing law and venue: [TBD — counsel]. Questions about these terms or your data: [contact email — TBD, e.g. privacy@yourworkstyle.com], or use the self-service portal at /manage.
